  Kris helped my wife and I sell her unit in Noble Park and was thoroughly professional throughout the sales process.   Worst uncaring Estate Agent i have ever come across, never saw to simple maintenance, and urgent work was never treated as urgent, even left me with a gaping hole in the wall for nearly 10 days when they did not have the ability to liaise with the different tradesmen and then had the cheek to tell me that was not classified as "urgent". Simple repairs like a broken tap took over 6 months of chasing them.
  Told me to my face the landlord was being very silly and unreasonable and then i found them representing him in VCAT (which they lost totally i might add).
  If you want pain and suffering in your life then use them,otherwise walk past and use a different one, there is a lot out there.
