  The psychiatric wing of the hospital opened in September so I was only the second person to arrive.
  Janet, the NUM had already spoken with me by phone.
  Janet set my mind at ease.
  
  The staff were most welcoming.
  They went above & beyond to set up a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere.
  No request was ignored, in fact they generally went the extra mile to do whatever was required.
  
  The menu was standard hospital fare.It was , however, well presented.
  Plenty of fresh fruit, drinks , yoghurts, anything requested was no trouble.
  
  Initially there were one or two teething problems, soon worked through. The staff were all new to the place also. During my time these people became friend & protector to me. They were all exceptional nurses.
  
  The program required some work & adjusting to suit all the activities to time allocated.
  Michael, the O.T. I found to be a real and enthusiastic team member.
  He has a keen enquiring outlook and was therefore able to interact easily with clients .. everyone enjoyed his classes, due to a relaxed style but motivating at the same time.
  
  Our Social Worker, Gabbi was a most pleasant woman. Though only there three days, Gabbi was easy to speak with & helpful in many ways.
  
  Dr Allan Gallogly .
  Without any fuss, but true honesty and a genuine care for the well being of his clients. Dr Gallogly takes time and listens to each case.
  He recommends but does not insist.
  He is concerned with helping those he treats become well again.
  Dr Galloglys professionalism delivered with humanity and a twinkle of humour is outstanding.
  I feel privileged to have him in my corner.
  
  All in all, my experience of SEPH
  was relaxing and ultimately allowed me space to become well.
